مهام الأخصائي النفساني والصعوبات التي تواجهه في أدائه لمهنته

Résumé: يعرف العصر الحالي بكثرة الضغوط والأزمات النفسية نتيجة للتطورات الهائلة التي يشهدها على مختلف الأصعدة، فالعالم اليوم يشهد ثورة علمية وصناعية وتكنولوجية أدت إلى ظهور عدة اضطرابات لد ى الأفراد تعيق تكيفه مع نفسه ومع المجتمع الذي يعيش فيه. وفي ظل هذه المعطيات أصبح للأخصائي النفسي دورا كبيرا في محاولة مساعدة الأفراد نفسيا لتجاوز الصراعات والصدمات المختلفة، وإعادة التوافق النفسي لديهم وتحقيق الصحة النفسية، غير أن الأخصائي النفسي وفي محاولة منه للقيام بمهنته النبيلة،فانه يتعرض إلى مجموعة من الصعوبات التي تقف حائلا أمام قيامه بواجبه المهني .وتتنوع هذه الصعوبات فمنها ما يتعلق بالمختص في حد ذاته، ومنها المادية، ومنها ما يتعلق بالمجتمع، وسنحاول من خلال هذه الورقة البحثية التطرق إلى الموضوع وذالك من خلال التعريف بالأخصائي النفساني وذكر أهم الخصائص والصفات التي يجب أن تتوفر فيه ودوره والأدوات التي يستعين بها في ذالك .ثم التعرض إلى أهم العراقيل والصعوبات التي تواجهه ومنها عراقيل تتعلق بثقافة المجتمع الجزائري وعراقيل أخرى تتعلق بالأخصائي في حد ذاته (تكوينه النظري والعملي، ثقة بنفسه ودوره ومهنته) وسواء كانت عراقيل علائيقية (كعلاقته مع زملائه وعلاقته مع مسؤوليه) وعراقيل مادية (تتعلق بتوفير الشروط اللازمة للممارسة النفسية).
