أهمية تبني مبادئ حوكمة الشركات لسلامة تطبيق معايير التدقيق الدولية

Résumé: تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى الإجابة عن إشكالية كيف يمكن ضمان التوافق والتكامل بين مبادئ حوكمة الشركات ومعايير التدقيق الدولية بما يخدم أهداف الشفافية، الكفاءة، والمسائلة للشركات، وللوصول الى نتائج تم اعداد البحث عبر ثلاث محاور أساسية، تم في المحور الأول طرح مفهوم الحوكمة وشرح مبادئها، فيما تضمن المحور الثاني نظرة عامة على معايير التدقيق الدولية، وفي المحور الثالث كان عرض لمعايير التدقيق الدولية التي لها علاقة بالحوكمة وإبراز أهمية تواجد تطبيق سليم للحوكمة يعزز تطبيق معايير التدقيق الدولية. ووصلنا إلى نتائج مفادها إن تطبيق حوكمة الشركات في أي بيئة يساهم في تسهيل تطبيق معايير التدقيق الدولية نظرا للتكامل بين مبادئ الحوكمة و أهداف تطبيق معايير التدقيق الدولية. The aim of this study is to address the issue of how to ensure alignment and integration between corporate governance principles and international auditing standards in a way that serves the objectives of transparency, efficiency, and accountability for companies. To achieve this, the research was structured around three main sections. The first section presented the concept of governance and explained its principles, while the second section provided an overview of international auditing standards. The third section focused on international auditing standards related to governance and highlighted the importance of proper governance implementation in enhancing the application of international auditing standards. The findings of this study indicate that the implementation of corporate governance in any environment facilitates the application of ISAs due to the complementarity between the principles of governance and the objectives of implementing ISAs.
