المصالح الفرنسية في ليبيا ما بعد القذافي: الدوافع والإتجاهات

Résumé: يقدم هذا المقال قراءة وصفية تحليلية للمصالح الفرنسية في ليبيا ما بعد القذافي، حيث يهدف إلى التركيز على دوافعها والمتمثلة أساسا في متغير الإقتصاد والأمن والنفوذ، فضلا عن التطرق لإتجاهات تطور المصالح الفرنسية في ليبيا، وتحليل جملة التحديات التي تقف حائلا أمام إستعادة الإستقرار، لقد تم هندسة بحثنا بالإعتماد على المنهج الوصفي والتاريخي والنظمي، ما مكننا من الوصول إلى عدة نتائج تتعلق بحصر دوافع وإتجاهات المصالح الفرنسية في ليبيا، في ضمان إمدادات النفط والغاز، ومسعى ضمان الأمن في مواجهة جملة التهديدات الأمنية النابعة من ليبيا، إلى جانب محاولة إرساء التوازن الإقليمي ، وصولا إلى تحليل جملة التحديات التي تقف أمام إستعادة الإستقرار. Abstract: This article provides a descriptive and analytical reading of the French interests in post-Gaddafi Libya, as it aims to focus on their motives, which are mainly the variable economy, security and influence, as well as to address the trends in the development of French interests in Libya, and to analyze the various challenges that stand in the way of restoring stability ,Our research was engineered by relying on a descriptive, historical, and systematic approach, which enabled us to reach several conclusions related to identifying the motives and trends of the French interests in Libya, in ensuring oil and gas supplies, and the endeavor to ensure security threats emanating from Libya, as well as trying to establish a balance regional, to the analysis of the various challenges facing the restoration of stability.
