دراسة قياسية للعلاقة بين الإستثمار العام في البنية التحتية و الإستثمار الخاص في الجزائر باستخدام نموذج Ardl خلال الفترة 1984 -2017 The Relationship Between Public Investement On Infrastructure And Private Investement –econometric Study Algeria Case During The Period 1984-2017

Résumé: تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى قياس و اكتشاف نوع العلاقة بين الاستثمار العام في البنية التحتية و الاستثمار الخاص في الجزائر،خلال الفترة 1984-2017 باستخدام نموذج الانحدار الذاتي للفجوات المتباطئة ARDL ،و قد أظهرت النتائج ان الاستثمار الخاص يرتبط معنويا بكل من الاستثمار العام في البنية التحتية،معدل نمو الناتج المحلي الإجمالي الحقيقي، حجم القروض الموجهة للقطاع العام ،الدين الخارجي ،و سعر الصرف الفعلي الحقيقي،و أن معامل الاستثمار العام في البنية التحتية موجب ومعنوي إحصائيا بقيمة 0.59 وهذا ما يؤكد أن هناك علاقة تكاملية بين الاستثمار العام في البنية التحتية و الاستثمار الخاص في الجزائر،أي أن الاستثمار العام في البنية التحتية يكمل ويحفز الاستثمار الخاص ما يعني تكامل أدوارهما في دفع عجلة النمو الاقتصادي. الكلمات المفتاحية : الاستثمار العام في البنية التحتية،الاستثمار الخاص،نموذج ARDL،النمو الاقتصادي. Abstract: This research aims to measure the type of relationship between public investment in infrastructure and private investment in Algeria during the period 1984-2017 using the ARDL slowing gap model. The results clearly showed that private investment is significantly related to: Public investment in infrastructure The growth rate of GDP The real volume of loans directed to the public sector external debt is the real effective exchange rate, and the public investment coefficient in infrastructure is positive and statistically significant at a value of 0.59. This confirms that there is an integrative relationship between public investment in infrastructure and private investment in Algeria, meaning that public investment in infrastructure complements and stimulates private investment, which means complementing their roles in advancing the wheel Economic growth. key words: public investment in infrastructure, Private Investment, ARDL Model, Economic growth.
