سياسة ترشيد النفقات العامة كآلية لمواجهة الأزمات-أزمة جائحة كورونا-

Résumé: الملخص جاءت هذه الدراسة من أجل تقديم مختلف التدابير المتخذة لترشيد النفقات العامة كوسيلة لتحقيق التوازن في الميزانية العامة، والسهر على تحقيق الاستقرار في ظل الأزمة التي خلقتها جائحة" كورونا"، خاصة وأنها ألقت بظلالها على كافة المستويات والأصعدة الاجتماعية والاقتصادية، وذلك بعد أن ولدت ضغوطات كبيرة على التوازنات لاسيما فيما يخص تغطية النفقات العامة. وبذلك، تظهر أهمية هذه الدراسة من خلال سعيها إلى توضيح ضرورة إنتهاج سياسة ترشيد النفقات العامة كآلية لتصحيح الأوضاع وتجاوز مخلفات أزمة جائحة كورونا. Abstract This study aims to present the various measures taken to rationalize public expenditures as a means of achieving balance in the public budget, And strive to achieve stability in light of the crisis created by the 'Corona' pandemic, Especially since it cast a shadow at all levels and social and economic levels, after it generated great pressures on the balances, especially with regard to covering public expenditures. Thus, the importance of this study appears through its endeavor to clarify the necessity of adopting a policy of rationalizing public expenditures as a mechanism to correct conditions and overcome the remnants of the Corona pandemic crisis.
