Résumé: الملخص يتبنى هذا البحث منهجًا شاملًا لاستكشاف التحديات التشريعية للذكاء الاصطناعي في سلطنة عمان، مع التركيز على ضرورة تكامل الأطر القانونية والسياسية لضمان التفاعل الفعّال مع التطورات التكنولوجية والحفاظ على حقوق وحريات الأفراد في هذا السياق الديناميكي ، كما يعكس هذا البحث التزامًا بتحقيق التوازن بين التطور التكنولوجي وحماية حقوق الأفراد والمجتمع. من خلال تطوير إطار قانوني شامل وفعّال، يمكن لسلطنة عمان ودول أخرى الاستفادة من إمكانيات الذكاء الاصطناعي بشكل إيجابي، مع الحفاظ على القيم والمبادئ الأخلاقية وضمان استدامة التقدم التكنولوجي في مجتمعاته . Abstact This research adopts a comprehensive approach to explore the legislative challenges of artificial intelligence in the Sultanate of Oman, with a focus on the necessity of integrating legal and political frameworks to ensure effective interaction with technological developments and preserve the rights and freedoms of individuals in this dynamic context. This research also reflects a commitment to achieving a balance between technological development and protecting human rights. Individuals and society. By developing a comprehensive and effective legal framework, the Sultanate of Oman and other countries can benefit from the potential of artificial intelligence positively, while maintaining ethical values and principles and ensuring the sustainability of technological progress in their societies.
