رأس المال الفكري كمدخل لتحقيق الميزة التنافسية بمؤسسات التعليم العالي - دراسة حالة المركز الجامعي آفلو-

Résumé: ملخص: هدفت الدراسة إلى تسليط الضوء على دور رأس مال الفكري في تحقيق الميزة التنافسة بمؤسسات التعليم العالي ، وتوضيح العلاقة بين متغيري الدراسة بإستخدام الإستبانة لجمع البيانات بالمؤسسة محل الدراسة ، وقد توصلت الدراسة إلى نتائج أهمها أن متغيرات الدراسة المستقلة الخاصة برأس المال الفكري لها دور معنوي في التأثير على المتغير التابع (الميزة التنافسية ) ، مما يوحي بأهمية رأس المال الفكري كمورد إستراتيجي للمؤسسات المعرفية . Abstract: The study aimed to shed light on the role of intellectual capital in achieving competitive advantage in higher education institutions, and to clarify the relationship between the study variables by using a questionnaire to collect data in the institution under study. The study reached the most important results: that the independent study variables related to intellectual capital have a significant role in influencing the dependent variable (competitive advantage), which suggests the importance of intellectual capital as a resource for knowledge institutions.
