Résumé: العلاقات الإنسانية و تأثيرها على طبيعة العملية الاتصالية بالمؤسسات الاستشفائية دراسة ميدانية بالمستشفى المختلط العقيد لطفي بالأغواط- - من خلال هذه الدراسة أردنا معرفة تأثير العلاقات الإنسانية على طبيعة العملية الاتصالية بالمؤسسات الاستشفائية. حيث أصبحت العلاقات الإنسانية كنشاط تتزايد فعاليته في حياة المؤسسات، و أصبحت لها أهمية كنشاط يسهم في نجاح المؤسسات و المنظمات، سواء كانت تجارية، حكومية أو صحية كانت أو غيرها و لم تعد مجرد مجال لموهبة الفرد و قدراته الاتصالية . كما يعتبر الاتصال الوسيلة الأساسية في بناء العلاقات الإنسانية خاصة في مؤسسة حساسة ألا و هي المستشفيات حيث يعد فيها الاتصال همزة وصل بين العمال و المرضى وأي خلل أو سوء تسيير في نظام الاتصالات لها تأثير على العلاقات الإنسانية ومن شانه أن يعطل أو يؤخر سيرورة العمل بالمؤسسة، فقراراتها وأهدافها وتوجيهاتها تتعلق كلها بالعملية الاتصالية. فجاءت هذه الدراسة لتؤكد لنا مدى تأثير العلاقات الإنسانية على طبيعة العملية الاتصال لأن للاتصال أنواع كثيرة منها الاتصال الخارجي و الداخلي، الرسمي و الغير رسمي فمن شأنها أن تؤثر و تتأثر بالعلاقات الإنسانية في تحيق أهداف المؤسسة و رفع الروح المعنوية للعمال. و منه طرحنا مشكل الدراسة العام: هل للعلاقات الإنسانية تأثير على طبيعة العملية الاتصالية بالمؤسسة الاستشفائية العقيد لطفي بولاية الأغواط ؟ - و حتى تصل الدراسة للإجابة عن هذا التساؤل تم وضع التساؤلات التالية: - ما مفهوم العلاقات الإنسانية ؟ وما مظاهرها في المؤسسة الاستشفائية العقيد لطفى؟ - ما هي جوانب تلاقي العلاقات الإنسانية والعملية الاتصالية داخل المؤسسة الاستشفائية العقيد لطفي؟ – - هل لطبيعة الاتصال )رسمي غير رسمي( دور في العلاقات الإنسانية بالمؤسسة الاستشفائية العقيد لطفي؟ – - فرضيات الدراسة: - تعمل العلاقات الإنسانية على خلق جو الثقة والاحترام المتبادل والتعاون بين أصحاب العمل والعمال كما تهدف إلى رفع الروح المعنوية وزيادة الإنتاج و يتم ربط هذه العلاقات داخل المؤسسات الاستشفائية بوسائل تواصل تنظيمية مختلفة و قد تؤثر سلبا على العملية الاتصالية من خلال الإشاعات الكاذبة و المعلومات غير الصحيحة. - لأنواع الاتصال المتاحة بالمؤسسة والوسائل المستخدمة دور في تحقيق تكامل بين العلاقات الإنسانية والاتصالية لدي العمال . - تلعب العلاقات الإنسانية دور كبير في فعالية العملية الاتصالية داخل المؤسسات الاستشفائية حيث تساعد الموظفين في الحصول على المعلومات و تسهل عملية إبلاغ انشغالاتهم إلى الإدارة العليا داخل المؤسسة. منهج الدراسةأساسا على وصف الظاهرة و تحليلها. نتائج الدراسة: - تحقيق أهداف المؤسسة مرهون بحسن أداء العاملين للعمل لذلك ركزت العلاقات الإنسانية على الأداء الوظيفي للعمال وأولت اهتمام كبير لدوافع العمل التي تساعد على تحسين الأداء. - تنوع وسائل التواصل داخل المؤسسة الاستشفائية لها أهمية في تحقيق أهداف المؤسسة و سهولة انتشار المعلومات كما لها دور في تنظيم العملية الاتصالية. - الاتصال غير رسمي يؤثر سلبا على التنظيم من خلال الإشاعات الكاذبة والمعلومات غير الصحيحة رغم أن له دور في تحسين أداء الموظفين و رفع الروح المعنوية لديهم Study summary Human relations and their impact on the nature of the communication process in hospital institutions A field study in the mixed hospital, Colonel Lotfi, in Laghouat-- Through this study, we wanted to know the impact of human relations have become an activity that is increasingly effective in the life of institutions, and has become important as an activity that contributes to the success of institutions and organizations, governmental, health, or otherwise, and is no longer just a domain of talent the individual and his communication abilities Communication is also considered the basic means in building human relations, especially in a sensitive institution, namely between workers and patients. And its directions are all related the communication process. This study came to confirm to us the extent of the impact of human relations on the nature of the communication process, because communication has many types, including external and internal communication, formal and informal, as it would affect and be affected by human relations in achieving the objectives of the institution and raising the morale of workers, and from it we raised the problem of the general study: - Does human relations have an impact on the nature of the communication process in the hospital institution – Colonel Lotfi in the state of Laghouat? In order for the study to answer this question, the following questions were raised: - What is the concept of human relations? What are its manifestations in the hospital, Colonel Lotfi? - What is the answer to the convergence of human relations and the communication process within the hospital institution – Colonel Lotfi? Does the nature of communication (formal and informal) have a role in human relations in the hospital institution – Colonel Lotfi? Study hypotheses: - Human relations work to create an atmosphere of trust, mutual respect, and cooperation between employers and workers. It also aims to raise morale and increase production. These relationships are linked within hospital institutions with various organizational means of communication, and may negatively affect the communication process through written rumors and incorrect information. - Types of communication the available institution and the means used play a role in achieving integration between human relations and communication between workers. - Human relations play a major role in the effectiveness of the communication process within hospital institution, as they help employees in obtaining their concerns to senior management within the institution. Study Approach: By studying the title, we found that the appropriate study methodology for our topic is the descriptive survey method based on mainly on the description and analysis of the phenomenon. Results: Achieving the objectives of the institution is dependent on improving the performance of work. Therefore, human relations focused on the job performance of workers and paid great attention to work motives that help improve performance. The diversity of means of communication within the hospital institution is of importance in achieving the goals of the institution and the ease dissemination information also has a role in organizing the communication process. Informal communication negatively affects the organization through false rumors and incorrect information, although it has a role in improving the performance of employees and raising their morale.
