Résumé: ملخص عليه السلام لبني إسرائيل إلى رصد تهدف هذه الدراسة الموسومة "خطاب موسى البنية الحجاجية ، وذلك بالاعتماد على جملة من الآليات اللغوية ، والبلاغية، وشبه المنطقية ، و كذلك التداولية التي ساهمت بشكل كبير في التأثير في المتلقي وإقناعه، ووصول المتكلم إلى هدفه التبليغي . فكانت هذه الدراسة محورا فعالا لإثبات أن لغة القرآن هي لغة تواصلية يحتج بها في كل زمان ومكان. لذا لم نكتفي بالبحث في مفاهيم الحجاج وحدوده النظرية ، فسعينا إلى كشف آلياته وتقنياته على مستوى نماذج مختارة من القرآن الكريم تجسد حجاجية خطاب موسى عليه السلام - لبني إسرائيل، وقد ثبت لدينا غناء النص القرآني بمختلف الآليات واستيعابه للمفاهيم الحجاجية الحديثة بما يتناسب مع سياق النص وأبعاده الخطابية . Summary: This studyentitled "The Discourse of Moses Peace Be Upon Him - to the Children of Israel" aims to observe the argumentative structure, relying on a range of linguistic, rhetorical, semi-logical, and pragmaticsmechanisms, whichgreatlycontributed to influencing the recipient and persuadingthem, and achieving the speaker's communicative goal. Thus, thisstudy has been an effective axis to prove that the language of the Quranis a communicative languagethatisarguedwithin every time and place. Therefore, wedid not limitourselves to researching the concepts of argumentation and itstheoreticalboundaries; weaimed to uncoveritsmechanisms and techniques at the level of selectedmodels from the Holy Quranthatembody the argumentative discourse of Moses - Peace Be Upon Him to the Children of Israel. It has been proven to us that the Quranictextisrichwithvarious mechanisms and encompasses modern argumentative concepts, aligningwith the text'scontext and discursive dimensions
