تجارة التجهيز كإستراتيجية لترقية الصادرات تجربة الصين والهند نموذجا

Résumé: تهدف هذه الورقة البحثية إلى إبراز العوامل التي تجعل من تجارة التجهيز تجارة ناجحة لذلك تم اختيار تجربتين بارزتين في هذا المجال هما الصين والهند اللذان أثبتا بجدارة تفوقهما في تبني استراتيجيات تدعم الإنتاج الموجه للتصدير، ويرجع نجاحهما في توفير الظروف الملائمة للتصنيع وتجميع أجزاء المنتج وتحسينه ومن ثم تصديره حيث توصلت الدراسة لنتائج إيجابية وناجحة فيما يتعلق بتحسين المنتجات و تصديرها بفضل توفير العوامل الملائمة كوجود بنية تحتية ضرورية ودعم السياسات بالإضافة لوجود حوافز ضريبية وتعريفية تشجع المصدرين ووجود عمالة ماهرة قادرة على تطوير قطاع الالكترونيات ،كل هذه العوامل جذبت العديد من الشركات والاستثمارات الأجنبية التي استقرت في المناطق الاقتصادية الخاصة لكلا البلدين. Abstract : This paper aims to highlight the factors that make processing trade successful,so two prominent experiences in this area have been selected China and India, which have demonstrated meritably their superiority in adopting strategies that support export-oriented production . The study found positive and successful results in improving and exporting products by providing propriate factors such as necessary infrastructure and policy , support, and tax and tariffincentives encouraging exporters and skilled labor capable of developing the electronics sector . All these factors attracted many companies and foreign investments that settled in the special economic zones of both countries.
