الرياضة المدرسية في ولاية تيارت بين الواقع والمأمول من وجهة نظر الأساتذة المنخرطين

Résumé: هدفت الدراسة التعرف إلى واقع الرياضة المدرسية في ولاية تيارت من وجهة نظر الأساتذة المنخرطين، واستخدم الباحث المنهج الوصفي بالدراسة التحليلية، وشملت عينة الدراسة (30) أستاذا منخرطا في الرياضة المدرسية من التعليم المتوسط و(20) أستاذا من التعليم الثانوي، وطبق الباحث استبيان يتضمن (30) عبارة، وتوصلت الدراسة إلى أن إدارة المؤسسات التربوية لا تعطي الاهتمام الكافي للرياضة المدرسية، والجمعية الرياضية الثقافية بالمؤسسات التربوية لا تولي الاهتمام الكافي لتطوير الرياضة المدرسية، إضافة إلى أن المنشآت الرياضية والبيداغوجية بالمؤسسات التربوية غير كافية بالنهوض بالرياضية المدرسية، وأوصى الباحث بضرورة العمل على إلزام إدارات المؤسسات التربوية على تطبيق النصوص الخاصة بالرياضة المدرسية اللاصفية، وتوعية الجمعية الرياضية الثقافية بالمؤسسات التربوية باهتمامها بتطوير الرياضة المدرسية اللاصفية. - الكلمات المفتاحية: (الرياضة المدرسية اللاصفية، أستاذ التربية البدنية والرياضية، التربية البدنية والرياضية) The study aimed to identify the reality of school sport in the state of Tiaret from the point of view of the professors involved, and the researcher used the descriptive approach in the analytical study, and the sample of the study included (30) teachers involved in school sports from intermediate education,And (20) teachers from secondary education, and the researcher applied a questionnaire containing (30) phrases, and the study concluded that the administration of educational institutions does not give sufficient attention to school sports, and the Cultural Sports Association in educational institutions does not pay sufficient attention to the development of school sport, in addition to the sports facilities And pedagogy in educational institutions is not sufficient to promote school sports The researcher recommended the necessity of working to oblige the departments of educational institutions to apply the texts on extra-curricular school sports, and to make the Sports and Cultural Association aware of educational institutions of its interest in developing extra-curricular school sports. -Key words: (extra-curricular school sports, professor of physical education and sports, physical education and sports).
