Résumé: This study aims to identify job satisfaction and its role in improving the performance of the employees of the National Industrial Automobile Corporation in the Ouargla State Commercial Unit. We have relied on the analytical descriptive method in describing and analyzing the phenomenon. The questionnaire was used as a tool for collecting information. The distribution was limited to the simple random sampling method, so that the study sample (80) was counted individually. The data in the questionnaires were analyzed using the Statistical Package for the Social Sciences (SPSS) version 26 program, using computational averages and standard deviations, and the multiple and simple regression analysis. The level of job satisfaction in the National Industrial Automobile Corporation in the Ouargla State Commercial Unit was moderate. The level of employee performance was high in the enterprise in question, and there was a statistically significant impact between job satisfaction and employee performance..
