فكرة المواطنة في المشروع الحضاري عند مالك بن نبي

Résumé: يسعى هذا العمل إلى استكشاف مبادئ المواطنة في فكر العلامة مالك بن نبيففيالواقع فإنمقولة المواطنة حاضرة بقوة في التراث الفكري لهذا المفكر الإسلامي الكبير الذي له علاقة بإصلاح المجتمع وإقامة الديمقراطية وبناء الحضارة، فالمواطنة بالنسبة إليه ليست مجرد معادلة بسيطة بين الالتزام بالواجبات والمطالبة بالحقوق، بل هي أكثر من ذلك فهي حالة من الوعي يتم فيها تغليب الواجبات على الحقوق، من أجل الوصول بالمجتمع إلى مستوى حضاري. وعلى هذا الأساس، فإن الارتقاء بالكائن الاجتماعي إلى مستوى المواطنة ينبغي أن ينطلق من الاستثمار في الإنسان بواسطة التربية الاجتماعية الهادفة إلى إعداد إنسان متكامل ومتوازن ؛وذلك حتى يكون في مستوى النهوض بالمجتمع بتحويل الأفكار إلى ممارسة قادرة على الاستجابة لحاجات المجتمع المتعددة. Abstract: This work aims to explore the principles of citizenship in the thought of the scholar Malik bin Nabi. Indeed, the notion of citizenship is present in the intellectual heritage of this great Islamic thinker, which has to do with reforming society, establishing democracy and building civilization. For him, citizenship is not just a simple equation between commitment to duties and the demand for rights, it is more than that, that is a state of awareness in which rights are given greater priority in order for society to reach a civilized level. Based on this, the fact of promoting the social being to the level of citizenship should rely on investing in the citizens through social education aiming at making out of them integrated and balanced human beings, so that they can meet the requirements of social advancement by transforming the ideas in to practice capable of responding to the diverse needs of society.
