أهمية التمويل غير الربحي من خلال الزكاة لتحقيق التنمية المستدامة

Résumé: تهدف هذه الورقة البحثية إلى توضيح المفاهيم المتعلقة بكل من التمويل غير الربحي والتنمية المستدامة، و كذا ابراز الدور الفعال الذي تقوم به صيغ التمويل في الاقتصاد الإسلامي، و التي تعتبر فيه الزكاة من أهم هذه الصيغ باعتبارها أحد أدوات السياسة المالية الإسلامية، بالإضافة إلى أن الزكاة لها دور كبير في تحقيق التنمية المستدامة لما لها من تأثير على التنمية بأبعادها الاقتصادية والاجتماعية في المجتمعات الإسلامية المعاصرة، فهي تمنع تركز الثروة و تمنع الاكتناز و تساهم في تخصيص الموارد و توجيهها إلى المشاريع الاستثمارية التي من شأنها أن تساهم في تحقيق التنمية في الحاضر و المستقبل. This research paper aims to clarify the concepts related to both non-profit financing and sustainable development, as well as to highlight the effective role of financing formulas in the Islamic economy, in which Zakat is considered as one of the most important of these formulas as one of the tools of Islamic financial policy, in addition to that, Zakat has an important role in achieving sustainable development because of its impact on development in its economic and social dimensions in contemporary Islamic societies, Zakat prevents the concentration of wealth and hoarding and contributes to the allocation of resources and directing them to investment projects that would contribute to achieving development in the present and the future.
