دور النصوص الفقهية في دراسة القضايا التاريخية بالمغرب الأوسط: المعاملات المالية النقدية خلال القرنين (7-9ه/13-15م) نموذجا

Résumé: أخذت النصوص الفقهية عموما والنوازل بشكل خاص، أهمية واسعة لدى الباحثين والدارسين في مجال البحوث التاريخية، حيث تنوعت تطبيقاتها وتوسع توظيفها في دراسة كل أنواع المسائل .والقضايا في تاريخ المغرب الأوسط خاصة منها الاقتصادية. وقد جاءت هذه الدراسة بهدف إبراز أهميتها في دراسة النقود واستعمالاتها وطرق التعامل بها خلال القرنين 7-9ه/13-15م. وقد أكدت نتائج هذه الدراسة على وجود الدلالات التاريخية للمعاملات المالية -المفقودة في النص التاريخي والعملات المتوفرة - والموجودة في النص الفقهي The juristic texts in general and the nawazil in particular have been of great importance to researchers in the field of historical research. Their applications have been diversified and expanded in the study of all issues in the Hhistory of Middle Maghreb, especially the economic ones. This study aims to highlight the importance of these nawazil in the study of money, of its uses and of the methods of dealing with it during the centuries 7-9CE/ 13-15AD,The result of study confirm the historical significance of financial transactions - lost in the historical text and currencies available - and found in the text of the jurisprudence..
