إلتزام المدقق بالأخلاقيات المهنية وأثره على جودة التدقيق الخارجي دراسة حالة - الجزائر

Résumé: الملخص: تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى تسليط الضوء على أخلاقيات مهنة التدقيق الخارجي الجزائري، وكذا أثرها على جودة التدقيق الخارجي، ولغرض تحقيق أهداف الدراسة تم استطلاع آراء عينة من الخبراء المحاسبين ومحافظي الحسابات، من خلال توزيع 45 استمارة استبيان أعيدت منها 30 استمارة قابلة للتحليل، واستخدام برنامج التحليل الاحصائي SPSS V27 في تحليل بيانات واختبار الفرضيات، وتوصلت نتائج الدراسة إلى:أن اخلاقيات مهنة التدقيق المتمثلة في النزاهة الموضوعية الكفاءة المهنية العناية اللازمة، السرية والسلوك المهني ساهمت في تحسين جودة التدقيق الخارجي، وبالتالي هناك ترابط قوي بين الالتزام بأخلاقيات مهنة التدقيق وتحقيق جودة التدقيق الخارجي، وأن كل عنصر من عناصر أخلاقيات المهنة له تأثير على تحسينجودة التدقيق الخارجي. Abstract This study aims to highlight the ethics of the Algerian external audit profession, as well as its impact on the quality of external auditing. For the purpose of achieving the study's objectives, a sample of accountants was surveyed through the distribution of 45 questionnaires, of which 30 were returned. SPSS V27 statistical analysis programme was also used in analysing the data and testing of hypotheses. The ethics of the audit profession (integrity, objectivity, professionalism, due diligence, confidentiality, professional behaviour) have contributed to the improvement of the quality of external auditing, and thus there is a strong correlation between adherence to the ethics of the audit profession and achieving the quality of external auditing. Each element of the profession's ethics has an impact on improving the quality of external auditing.
