الخصوصية الفردية في مواقع التواصل الاجتماعي: بين الانتهاك و الكشف الارادي

Résumé: الملخص: إن الغاية البحثية من موضوعنا هذا هي محاولة كشف واقع الخصوصية الفردية في مواقع التواصل الاجتماعي و خاصة موقع فايسبوك نظرا للشعبية و الشهرة الكبيرة التي اكتسبها مؤخرا، مركزين بذلك اهتمامنا على انتهاك الخصوصية باستخدام موقع "فايسبوك" و ذلك من خلال البيانات الإلزامية التي يشترطها فايسبوك للاشتراك و الاستخدام، و أيضا المعلومات و البيانات التي تنشر من طرف الأفراد في صفحاتهم الخاصة على فايسبوك،و من جهة أخرى تسليط الضوء على ظاهرة أخذت في الانتشار مؤخرا و هي ظاهرة نشر الحياة الخاصة بفعل إرادي من طرف بعض الأفراد المستخدمين لمواقع التواصل الاجتماعي و منها مشتركي فايسبوك، بهدف معرفة دوافع الأفراد إلى كشف حياتهم الخاصة عبر مواقع التواصل الاجتماعي و التفويض للآخرين بالحصول عليها، و قمنا بإجراء دراسة ميدانية بغرض استفتاء آراء مستخدمي موقع فايسبوك حول الموضوع ،لمعرفة مدى تحكمهم في بياناتهم الخاصة في موقع فايسبوك من خلال سياسة الخصوصية على الموقع، ومن ثم تسليط الضوء على الثغرات التقنية التي من خلالها يمكن أن تنتهك الخصوصية عبر الفضاء الشبكي لفايسبوك، و معرفة الآثار و الانعكاسات التي تترتب عن انتهاك الخصوصية سواء من طرف الغير أو بإرادة الأفراد، لمعرفة تأثير ذلك على موضوع الخصوصية مستقبلا في ظل انتشار مواقع التواصل الاجتماعي. الكلمات المفتاحية:الخصوصية، الخصوصية الفردية، انتهاك الخصوصية على الفضاء الرقمي، الانتهاك الالكتروني، شبكات التواصل الاجتماعي، الفايسبوك Abstract: The research goal of our topic is to try to reveal the reality of individual privacy in social networking sites, especially Facebook, due to the great popularity and fame it has recently gained, focusing our attention on the violation of privacy using the “Facebook” site, through the mandatory data required by Facebook to subscribe And use, as well as the information and data published by individuals on their private pages on Facebook, and on the other hand shed light on a phenomenon that has spread recently, which is the phenomenon of spreading private life by a voluntary act by some individuals who use social networking sites, including subscribers Facebook, with the aim of knowing the motives of individuals to reveal their private lives through social networking sites and authorizing others to obtain them, To find out the extent to which they control their private data on Facebook through the privacy policy on the site, and then highlight the technical gaps through which privacy can be violated through the Facebook network, and to know the effects and repercussions of the violation of privacy, whether by third parties or With the will of individuals, to know the impact of this on the issue of privacy in the future in light of the spread of social networking sites Keywords: privacy, individual privacy, violation of privacy on the digital space, electronic violation, social networks, Facebook
