الهندسة المالية الإسلامية كأداة لتطوير المنتجات المالية الإسلامية

Résumé: الملخص: بالنظر إلى ما يشهده الاقتصاد العالمي اليوم من تطورات وتغيرات وأزمات حادة، فالمؤسسات المالية الاسلامية أمام فرصة ذهبية لإثبات وجودها وإبراز منتجاتها في الأسواق المالية الدولية، ولا يتم ذلك إلا من خلال الابتكار والتطوير المستمر لتشكيلة متنوعة من الأدوات والمنتجات المالية التي تتميز بكونها أقل تكلفة وأدنى مخاطر وأعلى عائد، وتجمع بين المصداقية الشرعية وبين الكفاءة الاقتصادية في إطار ما يعرف بـ: الهندسة المالية الإسلامية. Abstract : : In view of developments, changes and sharp crises that the global economy is witnessing today, Islamic financial institutions are in front of a golden opportunity to prove its presence and to highlight their products in international financial markets. And this can only be achieved through innovation and continuous development of a variety of financial instruments and products that is lower cost, lowest risk and highest return, and combines between legitimate credibility and economic efficiency in the framework of what is known as Islamic Financial Engineering.
