Résumé: تهدف الدراسة إلى الإجابة على إشكالية مدى تطبيق بطاقة الأداء المتوازن في المؤسسة الاقتصادية امتياز توزيع ورقلة، ولمعالجتها تم الاعتماد على المنهج الوصفي في الجانب النظري، أما الجانب التطبيقي فقد اعتمدنا على المقابلة والملاحظة لوثائق المؤسسة من أجل الحصول على المعلومات التي تمكننا من بناء نموذج مقترح لبطاقة الأداء المتوازن. وخلصت الدراسة إلى أن مؤسسة امتياز توزيع ورقلة تعتمد على لوحة القيادة في تقييم أدائها، كما تولي أهمية بالغة لبعد العملاء وبعد العمليات الداخلية، وتمتلك مقومات بطاقة الأداء المتوازن من خلال المؤشرات التي تعتمدها المؤسسة في قياس وتقييم أدائها، ويمكن تجسيدها معا في بناء بطاقة أداء متوازن تحقق لها الديناميكية في تقييم وقياس أدائها بكل أبعادها، وتصحيح الانحرافات آنيا. The study aims to answer the problem of the implementation of a balanced scorecard in the El imtyaz economic distribution establishment, and to address the problem, the descriptive approach was adopted in the theoretical aspect , and the practical side has relied on the interview and observation of the organization's documents to obtain the information that enables us to build a proposed model for a balanced scorecard. The study concluded that Distribution establishment in ouargla depends on the dashboard in evaluating its performance, and also attaches great importance to the customer dimension and after internal operations, and has the components of a balanced scorecard through the indicators adopted by the organization in measuring and evaluating its performance. They can be embodied together in a balanced scorecard that is dynamic in evaluating and measuring performance in all its dimensions, and correcting deviations simultaneously.
