Résumé: I tried In this research entitled “Rules of weighting between the conflicting texts of Imam Muhammad al-Amin al-Shanqeeti through his book“ Adwaa Al-Bayan ”, tried to get acquainted with the method of Sheikh Muhammad al-Amin al-Shanqeeti, may God have mercy on him, and the rules that he used to push against the contradiction that he found between the Sharia texts in his interpretation The tagged Adwaa al-Bayan in clarifying the Quran with the Quran, and for this the research was divided into three sections: • The first introductory study included the definition of Sheikh Muhammad al- Amin al-Shanqeeti, may God have mercy on him, and the definition of his book on interpretation, Adhwaa al-Bayan, in clarifying the Qur’an with the Quran. • The second, I discussed the issue of contradiction and its reality, and the scholars ’doctrines about it, and their approaches to pushing it. • The third, I explain the method chosen by the Sheikh and the rules he adopted in defending the contradiction between the texts presented to him and the available examples in that.
