Contribution Du Diagnostic Biochimique Bactérien Dans L’établissement Des Parentés Phylogénétiques
Résumé: Ten bacterial strains were isolated from clinical specimens provided by the bacteriology laboratory (DAKSI). They were identified by standard microbiological methods (biochemical gallery). Among the ten strains studied, eight strains belonging to the Enterobacteriaceae and two strains are among the Gram-negative bacilli non-fermentative (Pseudomonas). These strains were identified presumptively by their biochemical characteristics, susceptibility or resistance to antibiotics, and total nitrogen measured by the Kjeldahl method. A phylogenetic profile was produced by phenetic distance methods, using NJ algorithm and sequence analysis of 16S DNA. The analysis of topologies obtained was used to determine the place of the biochemical phenotype in establishing phylogenetic relationships.
