أثر التمويل المصرفي الزراعي على النمو الاقتصادي في الجزائر _دراسة قياسية للفترة 1990-2019 باستخدام نموذج Ardl_

Résumé: ملخص: تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى توضيح أثر التمويل المصرفي الزراعي على نمو الناتج المحلي الاجمالي في الجزائر، باعتبار أن القطاع الزراعي يعتبر من بين القطاعات الاستراتيجية التي يمكن الاعتماد عليها للرفع من معدلات النمو الاقتصادي خارج قطاع المحروقات، حيث استخدمنا نموذج الانحدار الذاتي للفجوات الزمنية الموزعة (ARDL) لقياس أثر القروض الزراعية على نمو الناتج المحلي في الجزائر للفترة (2019-1990) . ولقد أظهرت نتائج الدراسة التطبيقية بأنه لا يوجد تأثير للتمويل المصرفي الزراعي على نمو الناتج المحلي الاجمالي في الجزائر في المديين القصير والطويل، هذا يتناقض مع المنطق الاقتصادي، حيث أن الزيادة في نسبة القروض الموجهة للقطاع الزراعي حتما تؤدي إلى تطوير مخرجات القطاع الزراعي كما ونوعا وبالتالي تحقيق معدلات نمو موجبة . الكلمات المفتاح: تمويل الزراعي، قروض الزراعية، ناتج المحلي الاجماليGDP))، نموذج (ARDL). تصنيف JEL : Q14،E2 . Abstract: This study aims to clarify the impact of agricultural banking financing on GDP growth in Algeria, given that the agricultural sector is among the strategic sectors that can be relied upon to raise economic growth rates outside the hydrocarbon sector, where we used the Autoregressive Distributed Time Lapse (ARDL) model. To measure the impact of agricultural loans on the growth of GDP in Algeria for the period (1990-2019). The results of the applied study showed that there is no effect of agricultural banking financing on the growth of GDP in Algeria in the short and long term. This contradicts the economic logic, as the increase in the percentage of loans directed to the agricultural sector inevitably leads to the development of the agricultural sector's outputs in quantity and quality, and thus achieving positive growth rates.
