أثر الرفع المالي على قيمة المؤسسة "دراسة عينة من الشركات المدرجة في سوق عمان المالي للفترة 2014-2016"

Résumé: هدفت هذه الدراسة الى قياس أثر الرفع المالي على قيمة المؤسسة المسعرة في بورصة عمان خلال الفترة 2014-2016 واعتمدت الدراسة على عدد من الفرضيات لاختبار العلاقة بين الرفع المالي من جهة وعائد السهم و الديون طويلة الأجل و إجمالي الديون من جهة أخرى. ومن اجل التوصل الى نتائج الدراسة استخدم اسلوب الانحدار الخطي البسيط لأجراء اختبار فرضيات الدراسة عن طريق قياس العلاقة بين الرفع المالي من جهة وكل من نسبة إجمالي الديون الى حقوق الملكية و نسبة الديون طويلة الأجل الى مجموع الموجوداتمن جهة أخرى، وقد شملت عينة الدراسة على 34 مؤسسة صناعية مدرجة في بورصة عمان. وقد خلصت الدراسة إلى وجود علاقة طردية ذات دلالة إحصائية بين نسبة الديون طويلة الأجل إلى إجمالي الموجودات وبين عوائد الأسهم. The objective of this study is to measure the effect of the financial leverage on the value of the institution traded on the Amman Stock Exchange during the period 2014-2016. The study relied on a number of hypotheses to test the relationship between financial leverage on the one hand, return on equity, long-term debt and total debt on the other hand. In order to arrive at the results of the study, the simple linear regression method was used to test the hypothesis of the study by measuring the relationship between the financial leverage on the one hand and the ratio of total debt to equity and the ratio of long-term debt to total assets on the other.
