أثر الذكاء الإستراتيجي في تحقيق التميز المؤسسي دراسة حالة عينة من المؤسسات الاقتصادية في ولاية بسكرة

Résumé: الملخص : تهدف الدراسة إلى تبيان أثر الذكاء الاستراتيجي في تحقيق التميز المؤسسي من خلال دراسة عينة من المؤسسات الاقتصادية في ولاية بسكرة والعلاقة بينهما. وقد اعتمدنا على أداة الاستبيان الذي وزع على 49 إطار (مدير، رئيس دائرة، رئيس مصلحة) في المؤسسات المعنية وتم تحليله بواسطة البرنامج الإحصائي SPSS.وتوصلت الدراسة أن العينة المبحوثة على دراية كافية بالذكاء ولهم القدرة على رؤية الاتجاهات المستقبلية وتحفيز العاملين، وحثهم على العمل بهدف الوصول إلى شراكة وتوسيع الأعمال وتحقيق التميز. Abstract: The study aims to demonstrate the impact of strategic intelligence in achieving institutional excellence by studying a sample of economic institutions in Biskra and the relationship between them. We relied on the questionnaire tool, which was distributed to 49 frameworks (director, department head, and department head) in the concerned institutions and was analyzed by the SPSS. The study concludes that the sample is aware of sufficient intelligence and has the ability to see future trends, motivate employees, and urge them to work in order to reach a partnership, expand business and achieve excellence.
