تحليل قياسي لتأثير بعض المتغيرات المرتبطة بالابتكار على النمو الاقتصادي في الجزائر خلال الفترة 1990-2022

Résumé: هدفت دراستنا الى تحديد العلاقة بين الابتكار والنمو الاقتصادي في الجزائر، خلال الفترة من 1990 الى 2022. استخدمنا منهجية ARDL لتحليل البيانات، حيث تمثلت المتغيرات المستقلة في الابتكار معبرا عنه بعدد براءات الاختراع، الى جانب الراس المال البشري والمادي، الانفتاح التجاري وصادرات التكنولوجيا المتقدمة، مع الناتج المحلي الإجمالي كمتغير تابع، أظهرت النتائج في الاجل الطويل ان للابتكار تاثير سلبي وغير معنوي على النمو لاقتصادي، في حين اظهر راس المال البشري تاثيرا إيجابيا ومعنويا، مما يعكس أهمية التعليم والتدريب في تعزيز النمو والإنتاجية، كما اظهر الانفتاح التجاري تاثيرا إيجابيا، في حين اظهر راس المال المادي تأثيرا غير معنويا، اما في الاجل القصير، ظهرت تاثيرات سلبية لراس المال البشري على الناتج المحلي الإجمالي، مما يدل على ضرورة الوقت لتظهر تحسينات التعليم اثرها، ومع ذلك كان لصادرات التكنولوجيا المتقدمة تاثير إيجابي في كلا الاجلين مما يبرز دورها في دعم النمو، وفي الختام وصلت دراستنا الى ان الابتكار في الجزائر يحتاج الى دعم مستدام من راس المال البشري وصادرات التكنولوجيا المتقدمة لتعزيز النمو الاقتصادي في الجزائر. Our study aimed to determine the relationship between innovation and economic growth in Algeria, from 1990 to 2022. We used ARDL methodology to analyze data, where the independent variables were innovation expressed by the number of patents, along with the human and material capital head, commercial openness and exports of advanced technology, with GDP as a subordinate variable. Long-term results have shown that innovation has a negative and immoral impact on economic growth, while human capital has shown a positive and moral impact, reflecting the importance of education and training in promoting growth and productivity, and commercial openness has shown a positive effect, while material capital has shown an immoral impact. In the short term, there were negative effects of human capital on GDP. This indicates the need for time for educational improvements to show their impact, yet the exports of advanced technology have had a positive impact in both generations, highlighting their role in supporting growth. In conclusion, we have studied that Algeria's innovation needs sustained support from the head of human capital and exports of advanced technology to promote economic growth in Algeria.
