مكتبات الفضاء الرابع على الخط: نحو إنشاء مرجعية نظرية لعلاقة المكتبات بالأنترنت

Résumé: تعتبر المكتبات العمومية من المؤسسات الأكثر مرونة وتعقيد، وذلك راجع إلى كونها مؤسسات مفتوحة تتخذ أشكالها، ومهامها، وطبيعة خدماتها وفقا للنسق السياسي، والاقتصادي، والاجتماعي، والثقافي الذي تتواجد فيه، بغية تحقيق أهداف سامية ترتبط بضمان حق الجميع في الوصول والحصول على المعلومات والمعرفة والثقافة، والقضاء على الأمية. غير أن تحقيق هذه الأهداف بات أكثر تعقيدا أمام مجتمعات تعيش تحولات في طبيعة اكتسابها للثقافة والمعلومات، وفي أنماط القراءة والمطالعة التي تركز بشكل أساسي على العالم الرقمي والوسائط الرقمية. فقد أصبح التكيف مع هذه التحولات والتفكير العميق في علاقة المكتبات بالأنترنت ضرورة لبناء مكتبات المستقبل. هذا ما نحاول ابرازه من خلال هذه الدراسة التي نقدم من خلالها نموذج " مكتبات الفضاء الرابع على الخط " وأهم الممارسات التي تنطوي تحته، كما يقدم هذا النموذج مقاربة جديدة تمكن جميع المكتبات من مرافقة المواطنين في عملية الانتقال المنطقي والمنظم إلى أو في " مجتمع المعرفة ". Public libraries are among the most flexible and complex institutions, since they are open institutions that take their forms, their functions, and the nature of their services according to the political, economical, social, and cultural pattern in which they are located, with a view to achieving lofty goals associated with ensuring the right of all to access to information, knowledge, culture and the elimination of illiteracy, However, achieving these goals are more complex for a society that is undergoing transformations in the nature of its acquisition of culture, and information, and in reading patterns that are primarily focused on digital media. This study, through which we present the model of the " Fourth Space Libraries on the line ", and the most important practices under which it involves, and presents a new approach that allows these libraries to go with citizens and contribute to the logical orderly transition to/ into the " knowledge society ".
