الاعتماد على التحكيم التجاري الدولي بين مقتضيات الأمن القانوني و سياسة جذب الاستثمار في الجزائر
Résumé: أصبح المستثمر اليوم يبحث عن توفير بيئة مشجعة للاستثمار، وذلك من خلال الضمانات التي تكفل له الأمن الاقتصادي والقانوني في حالة نشوء أي نزاع على نقطة قانونية، حيث يتم فض هذا النزاع عن طريق الوسائل القضائية أو الودية، حيث يحبذ المستثمر حل منازعاته عن طريق التحكيم التجاري الدولي، إذ يعد هذا الأخير عامل أساسي نظرا لأهميته في جذب الاستثمارات الأجنبية في الجزائر. Today, the investor seeks an environment conducive to investment, and this through guarantees that provide him with economic and legal security in the event of a dispute on a legal point. This dispute will be settled by court or amicably, but the investor appreciates resolving these disputes by international commercial arbitration. The latter is a key and important factor in attracting foreign investment to Algeria.
