دور الحوكمة المالية في الحد من الفساد المالي والإداري - دراسة حالة مؤسسة بتروبركة بسكرة -

Résumé: الملخص : تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى معرفة دور الحوكمة المالية في الحد من الفساد الإداري والمالي، ولتحقيق هذا الهدف تم إستخدام برنامج الحزم الإحصائية للعلوم الإجتماعية (SPSS V22) حيث تم تصميم إستبيان كأداة لجمع البيانات وتوزيعه على 30 عينة، وتوصلت الدراسة إلى وجود علاقة تأثير الحوكمة المالية على فرص إرتكاب الفساد الإداري والمالي، بإستخدام مقاييس النزعة المركزية (المتوسطات الحسابية والإنحرافات المعيارية) ومعامل الإرتباط وتحليل التباين (ANOVA) ومن هنا تبرز ضرورة تطبيق الحوكمة المالية كمنهاج أمثل في الحد من الفساد الإداري والمالي. Abstract: This study aims to know the role of financial governance in reducing administrative and financial corruption. To achieve this goal, the Statistical Packages for Social Sciences (SPSS V22) program was used, where a questionnaire was designed as a tool for data collection and distributed to 30 samples. Chances of committing administrative and financial corruption, using measures of central tendency (arithmetic means and standard deviations), correlation coefficient, and analysis of variance (ANOVA).
