علم النفس الايجابي و التحديات قراءة في المفهوم و التطور

Résumé: الملخص: يعد علم النفس الإيجابي من الإتجاهات الحديثة في علم النفس الذي ظهر على يد "سليغمان" رئيس الرابطة الأمريكية ، حيث ركز على أوجه ومواطن القوة في الإنسان بدلا من أوجه الضعف، وعلى الإيجابيات بدلا من السلبيات، بهدف التغلب على الضغوط التي تؤدي بالإنسان إلى إضطرابات بالصحة النفسية ، فالعلم النفس الإيجابي هو الدراسة العلمية للسعادة الإنسانية ،ودراسة مكامن القوة والفضائل الإنسانية ،فالغاية الرئيسية لعلم النفس الإيجابي تتمثل في قياس وفهم وبناء مكامن القوة الإنسانية وفضائلها ،وصولا إلى إرشادنا في تطوير الحياة الجديدة مستندا في ذلك لمجموعة من الإستراتيجيات المختلفة الكلمات المفتاحية: علم النفس; الايجابي ; التحديات ; التطورات Abstract : Positive psychology is one of the recent trends in psychology that appeared at the hands of "Seligman" President of the American Association, where it focused on the aspects and strengths of the human being instead of the weaknesses, and on the positives instead of the negative, with the aim of overcoming the pressures that lead to human health disorders. Psychological, positive psychology is the scientific study of human happiness, and the study of human strengths and virtues. The main purpose of positive psychology is to measure, understand and build human strengths and virtues, leading to our guidance in developing new life based on a set of different strategies.
