الأراضي الزراعية والحرب بالمغرب الأوسط خلال العهد الزياني "سياسة إحراق الأراضي الزراعية وتخريبها أنموذجا"

Résumé: تهدف هذه الورقة إلى استحضار سياسة استنزاف الموارد الإنتاجيّة الزرّاعيّة كحالة مرافقة للحرب في المغرب الأوسط خلال العهد الزّياني، وضروب تفعيلها ومدى فاعليّتها في الاستراتيجيّات الحربيّة؛ من خلال حصر أهم المدن الّتي طالتها أعمال التّحريق والتّخريب خلال حروب هذا العصر، قصد تقديم رؤية شاملة تتجاوز معايير تحقيق الغلبة ومحدّداتها المرهونة بتعداد الجيش وعدّته. وقد أسفرت هذه الدّراسة عن مدى انتهاج القادة العسكريَين لها في خططهم العسكريّة كدعامة رافدة للمنظومة الحربيّة، وكشرط أساسي لا يقلّ أهمّية عن المعايير الأخرى الرّامية إلى تحقيق النّصر خلال الحروب والمعارك. This paper aims to evoke the policy of depleting agricultural productive resources as a case accompanying the war in the Central Maghreb during the Zayanid era, and its activations in the war strategies. By restricting the most important cities that were affected by the acts of burning and sabotage during the wars of this era, in order to provide a global comprehensive vision that exceeds the criteria for achieving victory and its limitations dependent on the number of the army and its equipment , and this study has resulted in the extent to which military leaders have adopted this policy in their military plans as a tributary pillar of the military system, and as a primary condition just as important as other criteria for victory during wars and battles
