جريمة عمالة الاطفال في القانون الدولي والتشريع الجزائري
Résumé: يتمتع الأطفال بتركيبة فيزيولوجية ونفسية خاصة تتسم بالرقة والضعف، مما جعلهم ذو أهمية بالغة وخاصة في المعاملة على جميع الاصعدة اجتماعيا واقتصاديا ونفسيا، لكون أن عمل الأطفال أصبح ظاهرة لا تكاد تخلو منها اي دولة من دول العالم،وتعود أصوله الى النصف الثاني من القرن الثامن عشر مع ظهور الثورة الصناعية، تدخل المجتمع الدولي من خلال المنظمات المختلفة وعلى رأسها منظمة العمل الدولية لإرساء قواعد تكون بمثابة دستور دولي لمواجهة هذه الظاهرة. الكلمات المفتاحية: الطفل، الحمايةالاجتماعية، الاستغلال. Abstract : Children have a specialphysiological and psychological structure characterized by tenderness and weakness, which made them of great importance, especially in treatment at all levels, socially, economically and psychologically, becausechildlabor has become a phenomenonthatalmost no country in the world isdevoid of, and itsorigins go back to the second half of the eighteenthcenturyWith the advent of the IndustrialRevolution, the international communityintervenedthroughvariousorganizations, especially the International Labor Organization, to establishrulesthatwould serve as an international constitution to confrontthisphenomenon.
