Résumé: الملخص: الاستثمار السياحي هو حجر الاساس في بناء سياحة متقدمة وهو يتطلب تضحية كبيرة من حيث دعمه وتنظيمه وتسييره بغية تحقيق الاهداف المنشودة، وهو جذب اكبر عدد من السياح لرفع قيمة ايرادات هذا القطاع ورفع مكانته في الاقتصاد الوطني ، فتطوير هذا القطاع يتطلب مبالغ مالية كبيرة وتسهيلات قصد جذب المستثمرين لهذا القطاع، وNدف هذه المداخلة إلى دراسة الاستثمارات السياحية في الجزائر وتحليل الإطار القانوني والمؤسساتي للاستثمار السياحي في الجزائر Abstract: Tourism investment is a cornerstone in building an advanced tourism and it requires great sacrifice in terms of support and organization and run it in order to achieve the desired goals, and is to attract the largest number of tourists to raise the value of the revenue of this sector and raise its position in the national economy. The development of this sector requires large sums of money and facilities in order to attract investors to this sector, and this intervention aims to study tourism investments in Algeria and the legal and institutional tourism Investment in Algeria frame analysis.
