التعاون الأمني المغاربي في مواجهة تهديدات الأزمة الليبية

Résumé: تتناول هذه الدراسة التهديدات الأمنية للأزمة الليبية، وتحليلها وفق مقاربة إقليمية، فقد برزت الحاجة للتعاون الأمني لدول الجوار الليبي في سبيل تعزيز أمنها الإقليمي، و احتواء مختلف التهديدات الأمنية، ورفض تسوية الأزمة وفق املاءات أجنبية، لنصل إلى نتائج تتعلق بضرورة تبني إستراتيجية الأمن الإقليمي المستقر والمرتبط بالاستقرار في منطقة التهديد، وفق مقاربة دول المنطقة الإقليمية المحيطة بليبيا بتبني مقاربة اقليمية شاملة. This article aims to study the security threats of the Libyan crisis, and make a focused analysis for its impacts using the regional security study approach. There because of the in predicted deterioration of security trough the region, and the emerged urgent be need for a cooperated regional security process; By using this structure the research has lead to conclude, that a confrontation to threats generated from the Libyan war seems to be a mutual one collaborated by the neighboring countries, and a joint regional cooperation in this field is a so critical
