ملتقى وطني حول: ابتكارات التكنولوجيا المالية وتعزيز الشمول المالي - تطبيقات وتحديات -
Résumé: تهدف الدراسة الى تسليط الضوء على منتج من منتجات التكنولوجيا المالية التي تستخدم تقنية البلوك تشين في تعزيز الشمول المالي الإسلامي وهي منصة FINTERRA WAQF CHAIN . لتحقيق هذا الهدف تم استخدام المنهج الوصفي التحليلي لتحليل الابتكار الرقمي على نطاق التمويل الاجتماعي الإسلامي وبالضبط قطاع الأوقاف. توصلت الدراسة الى أن هذه المنصة تساعد على حشد الأموال اللازمة لتمويل تنمية المشاريع الوقفية والوصول الى قاعدة عريضة من الفئات المحرومة ماليا من خلال منصة الوقف الجماعي. The study aims to highlight one of the financial technology products that uses Blockchain Technology to promote Islamic financial inclusion, namely FINTERRA WAQF Chain platform. To achieve this goal, the analytical descriptive approach had been used to analyse digital innovation across Islamic social finance specifically the Waqf sector. The study concluded that this platform helps to mobilize funds to finance the development of stand-by projects and reach a broad base of financially disadvantaged groups through the crowdfunding Platform.
