دور الأساليب الكمية في صنع القرارات الإستراتيجية بالمؤسسة

Résumé: نتيجة لما حملته الألفية الثالثة من صور ونماذج مختلفة من صيغ العمل الإداري والصراع من أجل الهيمنة والسيطرة على مختلف ا4الات هذا فضلا عن العولمة وما جاءت به بين طيا=ا من تغييرات جذرية في كل الميادين. ومن هذا المنطلق إزدادت الحاجة إلى إعتماد أساليب علمية متطورة لترشيد القرار الإداري لكي ينسجم مع ما هو مطروح من تحديات،اضافة الى بروز ضرورة ملحة لتنمية مهارات المسيرين والمدراء في مختلف المستويات الإدارية بالإتجاهات الحديثة والممارسات المعتمدة على تملك مهارات علوم الإدارة والأساليب الكمية التي تساعد على الإعتماد على المعلومات الكمية القابلة للقياس والمدعمة للحقائق التي تستفيد من قوة النماذج الإحصائية والرياضية في التحليل دون تحيز في التوصل إلى القرار الأمثل. وعليه سنحاول من خلال بحثنا القاء الضوء على اهم المفاهيم والمعارف الاساسية للأساليب الكمية وما متطلبا=ا أي الشروط الواجب توفرها للقيام بالوظيفة الصحيحة وهي اتخاذ القرارات الناجحة لبلوغ أهداف المؤسسة،إضافة الى التعرض الى المعوقات التي تقف في وجه هذه الاخيرة لمحاولة ايجاد حلول لها As a result of the third millennium of his pictures and different models of administrative work formats and the struggle for hegemony and control of the various areas of this as well as globalization and brought him fraught with radical changes in all fields. Accordingly, we'll try through our research shed light on the most important concepts and basic knowledge of quantitative methods and requirements of any conditions that should be available to do the right job and is making successful decisions to achieve the goals of the institution, in addition to the exposure to the obstacles that stand in the face of the latter to try to find solutions
