الشيخ يحيى العُلمي القسنطيني (ت 888ه) وكتابه "مواهب الجليل على صحيح الإمام محمد بن إسماعيل"

Résumé: لا شكّ أنّ علماء الجزائر كان لهم اهتمام كبير بكتب الحديث ومن أجلّها كتاب "صحيح البخاري"، حيث اعتنوا به حفظا وقراءة وتعليقا وشرحا، ولسوء الحظ فإنّ أغلب تلك الشروح أو التعليقات لم تصلنا على غرار شرح أحمد بن نصر الداودي وغيره. لكن بفضل بعض الفهارس التي جردت الكتب المخطوطة في الجزائر وخارجها استطعنا تفحّص أحد الشروح لصحيح البخاري، منسوبٍ لعالمٍ جزائري من أهل قسنطينة في القرن التاسع الهجري، إنّه الشيخ يحيى بن أحمد العلمي المتوفى سنة 888ه، وقد عُرِفَ هذا الشرح باسم "مواهب الجليل على صحيح الإمام محمد بن إسماعيل". لذا ستكون هذه الورقة دراسة لحياة هذا العلم الجزائري وتوصيفا لهذا الشرح المنسوب إليه من خلال دراسة إحدى القطع المحفوظة منه. Undoubtedly, Algerian scholars have exhibited significant interest in the field of Hadith literature, particularly focusing on the renowned work “Sahih al-Bukhari”. They dedicated themselves to its preservation, thorough reading, critical analysis and comprehensive explanation. Regrettably, the majority of these scholarly commentaries and annotations have not been adequately preserved, with only a few exceptions like the exposition by Ahmed bin Nasr Al-Dawudi and others. However, through the diligent efforts of manuscripts cataloging in Algeria and beyond, a noteworthy commentary on “Sahih al-Bukhari” has been identified, attributed to Yahya bin Ahmed Al-Olami (D 888 AH), an Algerian scholar hailing from Constantine in the 9th century Hijri. This particular commentary is widely recognized as “Mawahib Al-Jalil fi Sahih Al-Imam Muhammad bin Ismail”. Thus, this research paper aims to provide an in-depth examination of the life and contributions of Sheick Al-Olami, while offering a detailed description and analysis of the attributed commentary, based on the study of one of the extant particulars.
