حكم سعر الفائدة ( الربا) في الإسلام وآثاره الاقتصادية والاجتماعية

Résumé: تناولت هذه الورقة موضوعاً من أهم المواضيع التي تؤرق قضايا الفكر و الاقتصاد ألا و هو موضوع الربا (سعر الفائدة) حيث تم التطرق إليه من خلال مرآة الإسلام، و ذلك بتعريفه و إيراد تحريمه من خلال أدلة من القرآن الكريم والسنة النبوية وآراء الفقهاء القدامى والمحدثين بالإضافة إلى إبراز إشكالية الاختلاف و اللبس الذي يشوبه بين العديد من المدارس الاقتصادية. لذلك لم يحدث في تاريخ الفكر الاقتصادي، أن كان هناك موضوع أحدث جدلاً ونقاشاً واسعاً مثل ذلك الذي أثاره تحديد سعر الفائدة فضلا عن تبرير تقاضي الفائدة، بل استمر هذا الجدل والنقاش عبر المدارس الفكرية المختلفة حتى يومنا هذا، و كذا إبراز الآثار التي يخلفه على بناء المجتمع و استقراره خاصة على الصعيدين الاجتماعي و الاقتصادي سيما الأزمات الاقتصادية و المالية الحادة، و كل هذا على ضوء ما جاء به الفكر الإسلامي من آراء و مواقف و بدائل حول هذا الموضوع. This paper deals with the subject of usury and the economy, which is the subject of usury (interest rate), which has been addressed through the mirror of Islam, by definition and the introduction of the prohibition through evidence from the Koran and the Sunnah and the views of the old scholars And modernists in addition to highlighting the problem of difference and confusion between many of the economic schools. Therefore, there has been no debate in the history of economic thought, but there has been a debate on the issue of interest rates, as well as the justification of interest. This debate has continued through different schools of thought to this day, Society and its stability, especially at the social and economic levels, especially the severe economic and financial crises, all this in the light of the Islamic ideas, attitudes and alternatives on this subject.
