القطاع السياحي رافد أساسي لتحسين وتنويع الاقتصاد الجزائري

Résumé: تؤدي السياحة دورًا بارزا في اقتصاديات الدول وتحتل مكانًا مرموقًا واهتمامًا عالميًا من جانب الحكومات والخبراء، فالدولة التي تعمل على تطوير وتنمية القطاع السياحي لديه تأخذ طريقها نحو التنمية الاقتصادية وتحسين هيكله االاقتصادي. بيد أن الجزائر وباعتبارها دولة تعتمد بدرجة أساسية على العوائد النفطية لم تول الأهمية الكافية للقطاع السياحي، بالرغم من أنها تزخر بمقومات سياحية تسمح لها ببناء صناعة سياحية رائدة في حوض البحر المتوسط وعلى المستوى العالمي. ومن هنا تبرز أهمية القطاع السياحي كأحد البدائل لقطاع المحروقات، ودعوة أصحاب القرار إلى ضرورة النهوض بهذا القطاع الاستراتيجي في الجزائر لتنويع مصادر الدخل لديها واستغلال ثرواتها الطبيعية والتاريخية استغلالا أمثل يحقق أكبر عائد اقتصادي، خاصة في ظل تراجع المداخيل النفطية. وعليه تهدف هذه المداخلة إلى إبراز دور السياحة كأداة للتنمية الاقتصادية، من خلال تقديم مختلف المفاهيم المرتبطة بالسياحة،أثر السياحة الجزائرية على النشاط الاقتصادي إضافة إلى توضيح الجهود التي بذلت للارتقاء بالقطاع السياحي الجزائري من خلال تسليط الضوء على الاستراتيجية السياحية الجديدة التي تهدف من خلالها إلى احتلال مكانة ضمن الوجهات السياحية العالمية وضمان تنمية اقتصادية لما بعد النفط. Tourism plays an important role in the State's economy and occupies a prominent place and global attention of governments and experts, to insist that the State taken in the development of the tourism sector to take the path of economic development and improve the economic structure, but given that Algeria is a country highly dependent on hydrocarbons, tourism has not experienced real development, despite it has the elements of natural tourism presence that allowed it to take a special place on the world tourism map. As a result, the tourism sector appears to be one of the alternatives to the hydrocarbon sector by inviting decision-makers to understand the need to promote this strategic sector. To diversify its sources of income and the optimal exploitation of its natural and historical resources to achieve the highest level of economic profitability. In this perspective, the purpose of this intervention is to highlight the role of tourism as a tool for economic development, by showing the different concepts related to tourism, the impact of Algerian tourism on economic activity and shows the effort made to improve the tourism sector, through the implementation of a new tourism strategy, which aims to make Algeria an international tourist destination and will ensure economic development in the post-oil phase.
