توظيف التعليم الالكتروني كآلية لتحقيق متطلبات الجودة في المنظومة التعليمية الجزائرية
Résumé: تهدف هذه الورقة البحثية إلى تسليط الضوء على أهمية التعليم الإلكتروني كآلية هادفة لجودة المنظومة الجامعية الجزائرية و عصرنتها ، و ذلك بإعتبار التعليم الالكتروني كمكمل للتعليم الإعتيادي ، من أجل توجيه الطالب و مساعدته على الإستكشاف داخل النظام الإلكتروني على مستوى المؤسسات الجامعية الجزائرية . و توصلت الدراسة إلى أن آلية التحول من التعليم الإعتيادي إلى التعليم الإلكتروني ، تعد من الاستراتيجيات التي تساهم في النهوض بالعملية التعليمية في المنظومة الجامعية الجزائرية و تـأمين الجودة الشاملة ، من خلال تطوير مهارة الطلاب و الأساتذة في آن واحد ،مع اقتراحات توظيف الأستاذ لمستجدات الانترنت في العملية التعليمية . The purpose of this paper is to high light the importance of e-learning as a mechanism for the quality and accuracy of the Algerian university system, as e-learning as a complement to regular education, in order to guide the student and help him to explore within the electronic system at the level of Algerian university institutions. The study concluded that the mechanism of transition from regular to e-learning is one of the most important strategies that contribute to the advancement of the educational process in the Algerian university system and the assurance of the overall quality through the development of the skill of students and professors at the same time.
