تاريخ السينما الجزائرية من سينما لوميير إلى السينما المحلية صعوبات و تحدي

Résumé: ينبغي الحديث عن تاريخ السينما الجزائرية بمعرفة مجمل الظروف التاريخية التي نشأت و ترعرعت فيها، فرغم تأخر ولادتها بالمقارنة مع الدول المغاربية الأخرى إلا أنها تميزت عنها . ذلك أن هذه الظروف تمثل أبعادا وقالبا لشكل ونوع السينما و مضمونها ، هذا بدوره يعطي فهما و تصورا عميقا لطبيعة السينما الجزائرية منذ نشأتها حتى يومنا هذا، من منظور أنّ الماضي يمثل مرجعية الحاضر والمستقبل، إذ نكاد نجزم أنّ واقع ومميزات السينما الجزائرية لا يمكن تشخيصها و الكشف عنها بعيدا عن مرجعية البدايات الأولى لظهورها. فقد مرت السينما الجزائرية منذ ميلادها بعدة مراحل هيكلية وقانونية وسياسية ، رافقتها مجمل التّطورات على مدار تاريخ الجزائر، و هذه المراحل حقيقة أثرت على شكل ومحتوى الإنتاج السينمائي الجزائري، لذلك فتتبع نشأة و تطور السينما الجزائرية ، وميزات مضامين إنتاجها الفيلمي يحيلنا حتما على معرفة مجمل التّطورات السياسية و الأيديولوجية والفكرية على مدار الزمان، التي دعت لنشأة السينما الجزائرية ودعت أيضا السينما لها. هذه الأخيرة التي تعتبر فنا و فرجة و سلعة تباع و تشترى ومجالا من المجالات الصناعية التي تعول عليها الدول في اقتصادها. ومن خلال هذا المقال سنحاول بيان أهم المراحل التي مرت بها السينما الجزائرية منذ أن كانت مولودا جديدا إلى أن كبرت، و بيان أهم الظروف التي ترعرع فيها الفن السابع في الجزائر و ذلك باتباعنا للمنهج التاريخي الأنسب لمثل هذه الدراسات وفق التسلسل المنطقي و الكرونولوجي. : It is necessary to know the historical circumstances in which the Algerian cinema arose and grew up when talking about its history. Despite its late birth in comparison with other Maghreb countries, it was distinguished from them. These circumstances represent a template for its form. This gives a deep understanding and perception about the nature of the Algerian cinema since its inception until the present day. It has gone through several structural, legal and political stages accompanied by all developments throughout the history of Algeria. These stages have really affected the form and content of the Algerian film production. Therefore, following the emergence and development of the Algerian cinema and the features of the contents of its film production leads us to know the political, ideological and intellectual developments over the course of time which called for the emergence of the Algerian cinema. The latter is considered an art, entertainment, a commodity to be bought and sold and one of the industrial fields on which countries depend for their economy. Through this article, we will try to explain the most important stages that the Algerian cinema has gone through since it was a newborn until it grew up. We will also show the most important circumstances in which the seventh art grew up in Algeria by following the most appropriate historical approach according to the logical and chronological sequence.
