دور الفائض التأميني في دعم الطلب على منتجات التأمين التكافلي في الجزائر "التأمين على المسؤولية المدنية العشرية نموذجا

Résumé: ملخص: تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى تبيان دور الفائض التأميني في المسؤولية المدنية العشرية، وأهميته في جلب المزيد من المشتركين من خلال النتائج الإيجابية المحققة للفائض التأميني للسنوات محل الدراسة. فبعد إبراز أهمية المسؤولية المدنية العشرية في الحماية من الأخطار وأهم النماذج المعتمدة في توزيع الفائض التأميني لشركات التكافل حاول الباحثين استشراف تقدير الفائض التأميني لمنتوج المسؤولية المدنية العشرية لشركات التأمين التكافلي في الجزائر للسنوات من 2017 إلى 2019. وقد بينت الدراسة أن الفائض التأميني يمكن أن يكون حافزاً إضافياً لزيادة عدد المشتركين في المسؤولية المدنية العشرية، نظراً للنسب الكبيرة التي يحققها لكل شركات التأمين الجزائرية في منتوج المسؤولية العشرية وهذا من خلال الإحصائيات التي تشير إليها نتائج هذا المنتوج لسنوات2017 -2019. Abstract: This study aims to clarify the role of insurance surplus in decimal civil liability and its importance in attracting more subscribers through the positive results achieved for the insurance surplus for the years of the study. After showing the importance of the decimal civil liability in protecting against risks, and the most important models adopted in the distribution of insurance surpluses for Takaful companies; researchers tried to explore the estimate of insurance surplus product decimal civil liability for insurance companies Takaful in Algeria for years from 2017 to 2019. the study showed that the insurance surplus can be an additional incentive to increase the number of participants in the decennial civil liability, in view of the large percentages achieved by all Algerian insurance companies in the product of decimal liability, and this is through the statistics indicated by the results of this product for the years 2017-2019.
