واقع الشباب الجامعيون وآزمة التشغيل في الجزائر

Résumé: تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى إلقاء الضوء على مشكلة خريجي الجامعات وحاملي الشهادات العليا من الشباب في الجزائر. تتضمن الدراسة تحليل وتفسير للمعطيات المرتبطة بالتعليم العالي ونواتجه، بالإضافة إلى النظر في سوق العمل وقدرته على استيعاب واحتواء هؤلاء الخريجين. لقد أسهمت عدة عوامل في تأزم هذه المشكلة، ويعود ذلك في المقام الأول إلى انخفاض مستويات التخطيط. بدأت مشكلة خريجي الجامعات تبرز مع غياب تخطيط فعّال من قبل القطاع التعليمي لمواكبة احتياجات وتوجهات السوق المحلي، مما أدى إلى ارتفاع معدلات البطالة بين خريجي الجامعات الجزائرية وتزامن ذلك مع تراجع ملحوظ في جودة التعليم الجامعي. Abstract: This study aims to highlight the problem of university graduates and young people with higher diplomas in Algeria. It includes an analysis and interpretation of data relating to higher education and its outcomes, as well as an examination of the labor market and its capacity to absorb and accommodate these graduates. Several factors have contributed to the exacerbation of this problem, mainly due to a decline in planning levels. The problem of university graduates has become prominent due to the lack of effective planning on the part of the education sector to respond to the needs and directions of the local market, which has led to an increase in the unemployment rate among graduates Algerian universities, coinciding with a notable decline in the quality of university education.
