الإستدامة المائية ودورها في تعزيز الأمن الغذائي في الجزائر: رؤى وحلول

Résumé: الملخص تتناول هذه الدراسة العلاقة الجوهرية بين الاستدامة المائية وتعزيز الأمن الغذائي، مركزة في ذلك على الدور الحيوي لتكامل الأنظمة والتوازن بين العناصر المختلفة في المجتمع. وبالتالي تهدف الدراسة إلى استكشاف كيفية تأثير إدارة الموارد المائية بكفاءة واستدامة على ضمان توفير الغذاء بشكل عادل ومستدام للجميع. آخذة بعين الإعتبار مجمل التحديات الرئيسية التي قد تؤدي لتفاقم ندرة الموارد وتهديد الأمن الغذائي. وهو ما أبرز بدوره أهمية الحوكمة الرشيدة والتخطيط الاستراتيجي في الاستخدام الأمثل للموارد المائية والسعي لتحقيق التوازن والتناغم بين مختلف القطاعات والفئات في المجتمع. إن تحليل الوضع في الجزائر كدراسة حالة، أظهر كيف أن تطبيق سياسات مائية مستدامة يمكن أن ينتج عنه زيادة في الإنتاج الغذائي المحلي وتقليل الاعتماد على الواردات. وهو ما كشفت عنه النتائج وعن أهمية بناء شراكات فعّالة وتعزيز التعاون بين الأطراف المعنية للمضي قدمًا نحو تحقيق رؤية مشتركة تضمن استدامة الموارد المائية والغذائية للأجيال القادمة، مستنيرة بروح التوافق والتعاون المشترك. الكلمات المفتاحية: إستدامة مائية، أمن غذائي، موارد مائية، تخطيط إستراتيجي، سياسات مائية. Abstract This study explores the fundamental relationship between water sustainability and enhancing food security, emphasizing the vital role of system integration and balance within society. The study aims to investigate how efficient and sustainable water resource management can ensure fair and sustainable food provision for all, considering the main challenges that exacerbate resource scarcity and threaten food security. It underscores the importance of sound governance and strategic planning in optimizing water resources usage and striving for balance and harmony among different sectors and demographics within society. Analyzing the situation in Algeria as a case study, it has been demonstrated how the implementation of sustainable water policies can lead to an increase in local food production and a reduction in dependency on imports. The results highlight the significance of building effective partnerships and enhancing cooperation among stakeholders to progress towards a shared vision ensuring the sustainability of water and food resources for future generations, guided by the spirit of consensus and mutual collaboration.
