الاستثمار في الموارد غير الملموسة في المؤسسة الاقتصادية الجزائرية -واقع وتحديات- دراسة حالة المنطقة الصناعية _سطيف_

Résumé: ملخص: إن تواجد الموارد غير الملموسة في المؤسسة أصبح أمرا حتميا كون أهميتها فاقت أهمية الموارد المادية (الملموسة)، وقد هدفت هذه الدراسة إلى معرفة واقع الموارد غير الملموسة في المؤسسة الجزائرية، ومدى الاهتمام بالاستثمار فيها، وتمت الدراسة في عينة من مؤسسات المنطقة الصناعية بولاية سطيف وتتمثل هذه العينة في مؤسسة إيريس، مؤسسة مشروبات مامي، المؤسسة الوطنية للصناعة الكهروكيميائية، مؤسسة لابال. وأظهرت النتائج أن المؤسسات محل الدراسة تستخدم الموارد غير الملموسة في تسيير عملياتها بدرجة أكبر من المتوسط، كما أظهرت وعي هذه المؤسسات بضرورة تلك الموارد في رفع الآداء وتحقيق مكاسب مستقبلية في حالة الاستثمار فيها، فهي على العموم تستثمر بدرجة متوسطة في مواردها غير الملموسة. تصنيفات JEL : E22، J24. Abstract: The existence of an intangible resources in any firm became a priority, because of the importance and the affectivity of this type of resources, so this study aims to know the reality of intangible resources in Algerian firms, and how much these firms are interested in investing in this type of resources, and the study was conducted on a sample of firms in the industrial zone of Setif, these firms are : IRIS, MAMI, ENPEC, LA BELLE. The result of this study shows that the chosen firms are using intangible resources in management and operating more than average, The study also shows that the firms are conscious of the need for these resources to raise performance and achieve future gains in the case of investing in them. They generally invest in a medium degree in their intangible resources. Jel Classification Codes: E22, J24.
