سبل تعزيز السياحة الثقافية بقلعة بني راشد

Résumé: سعى سكان مدينة غليزان بالتعاون مع الهيئات الناشطة في المجال السياحي لإحياء موروث قلعة بني راشد، باعتبارها من العواصم العلمية المعروفة بالغرب الجزائري، بغية حماية المعالم الأثرية التي تزخر بها القلعة من خطر الاندثار والزوال، ونشر الثقافة المحلية من عادات وتقاليد وتعزيز التبادل الثقافي لفك العزلة عن المناطق الأثرية، كما عملت الدولة على تشجيع الاستثمار في هذا المجال بالتعاون مع أهل المنطقة وجرد كل المواقع الأثرية التي من شأنها الحفاظ على ذاكرة الأمة، وتم إدراج القلعة ضمن قطاع الممتلكات المحفوظة، كونها معلم تاريخي ذو نسيج عمراني فريد يجسد نمط حياة الماضي ويحفظ الذاكرة. وهذا يستدعي تشجيع عملية البحث العلمي في مجال السياحة الثقافية والتراثية للمنطقة لضمان استدامة الموروث الثقافي. The residents of the city of Glizan, in cooperation with the bodies active in the tourism sector, sought to revive the heritage of the Beni Rachid Castle, as one of the well-known scientific capitals in western Algeria, with the aim of protecting the archaeological landmarks that the castle abounds with from the risk of extinction, spreading the culture of local customs and traditions, and enhancing cultural exchange to break the isolation of archaeological areas. The state also worked to encourage investment in this field in cooperation with the people of the region and to list all archaeological sites that would preserve the memory of the nation. The castle was included in the preserved properties sector as a historical landmark with a unique urban fabric that embodies the lifestyle of the past and preserves memory, which calls for encouraging the scientific research process in the field of cultural and heritage tourism in the region to ensure the sustainability of the cultural heritage.
