الضغوط النفسية وعلاقتها بالاضطرابات السيكوسوماتية لدى ممرضي مصلحة كوفيد19 دراسة ميدانية بالمؤسسة العمومية الاستشفائية تمالوس بولاية سكيكدة

Résumé: هدفت هذه الدراسة لمعرفة العلاقة بين الضغوط النفسية والاضطرابات السيكوسوماتية لدى ممرضي مصلحة كوفيد19بالمؤسسة العمومية الاستشفائية تمالوس بولاية سكيكدة ،حيث استخدم المنهج الوصفي واستبيان لجمع البيانات وزع على عينة مقدرة ب35ممرض. وقد توصلت الدراسة إلى وجود علاقة ارتباطيه بين الضغوط النفسية والاضطرابات السيكوسوماتية ،بالإضافة إلى وجود علاقة ارتباطيه بين(حجم العمل، ضغط الدور، صراع الدور) والاضطرابات السيكوسوماتية لدى ممرضي مصلحة كوفيد19، وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية في الضغوط النفسية تعزى لمتغير السن والأقدمية وعدم وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية في الضغوط النفسية تعزى لمتغير الجنس لدى ممرضي مصلحة كوفيد19بالمؤسسة العمومية الاستشفائية بتمالوس. This study aimed to find out the relationship between psychological stress and psychosomatic disorders among nurses of the Covid-19 department at the Hospital public institution in Tamalous, Skikda state, where the descriptive approach and a questionnaire were used to collect data distributed to a sample of 35 nurses. The study concluded that there is a correlation between psychological stress and psychosomatic disorders, in addition to the existence of a correlation between (workload, role pressure, role conflict) and psychosomatic disorders among nurses of the Covid-19 interest. The presence of statistically significant differences in psychological stress due to the variable of age and seniority, and the absence of statistically significant differences in psychological stress due to the gender variable among nurses of the interest of Covid 19 at Al-Akhwa Hospital public institution in Tamalous.
