Résumé: ملخص: تهدف الورقة البحثية هذه إلى تحديد الإجراءات العملية لبيع المرابحة لأمر الشراء ، وذلك من خلال دراسة حالة لعقد مرابحة لأمر الشراء في بنك البركة الجزائري (وكالة الأغواط)،توصلت الدراسة إلى مجموعة من النتائج أهمها أن عقد بيع المرابحة حسب بنك البركة الجزائري يتم من خلال إعداد ملف يحتوي كل من أمر الشراء و عقد التوكيل، والفاتورة، وعقد المرابحة الذي يحتوي الشروط الخاصة و الشروط العامة، بالإضافة لجدول الإستحقاق.وفي الأخير خرجنا بمجموعة من التوصيات Abstract : This paper aims to define the practical procedures for Murabaha sale of the purchase order,and that is through a case study of a murabaha contract for the purchase order in the Algerian Baraka Bank (Laghouat Agency).The study reached a set of results, the most important of which are the Murabaha sale contract according to Al Baraka Bank of Algeria is done by preparing a file containing both the purchase order and the power of attorney contract And the invoice, and the murabaha contract that contains the special terms and the general conditions and maturity schedule.In the end, we came out with a set of recommendations
