تشخيص تجربة الجزائر في تطبيق سياسة استهداف التضخم (2000-2020)

Résumé: ملخص: تعتبر سياسة استهداف التضخم احدى مهام السياسة النقدية الحديثة فهي سياسة ترمي إلى التحكم في معدل التضخم من خلال الاعلان الصريح عن معدل أو مجال محدد خلال فترة زمنية معينة ، وقد حاولت الجزائر تطبيق سياسة استهداف التضخم على مراحل إلا أن تطبيقها بدا واضحا في سنة 2010 ، من خلال جملة التعديلات و الإجراءات التي قام بها البنك المركزي و هذا ما أظهرته مجريات الدراسة و تأسيسا على ما سبق ، تهدف الدراسة إلى تسليط الضوء على سياسة استهداف التضخم من خلال الإلمام بمختلف المفاهيم النظرية المرتبطة بالمصطلح ، أي تعريف السياسة والمتطلبات اللازمة لتجسيدها لرفع من مستويات الشفافية المطلوبة و كذا التّعرف على إمكانية تطبيق تلك السياسة في الجزائر. Abstract : The policy of inflation targeting is one of the tasks of modern monetary policy, as it is a policy aimed at controlling the rate of inflation by explicitly declaring a specific rate or range during a certain period of time. Through the set of amendments and procedures carried out by the Central Bank, and this is what was shown by the course of the study, based on the foregoing, the study aims to shed light on the policy of inflation targeting through familiarity with the various theoretical concepts associated with the term, i.e. the definition of the policy and the requirements for its embodiment to raise the levels of The required transparency, as well as identifying the possibility of implementing this policy in Algeria.
