ضوابط حرية التعبير في الشريعة الإسلامية
Résumé: لملخص إن الحق في التعبير حق فطري امتن الله تعالى به على عباده (خلق الإنسان علمه البيان)؛ وهذا الحق وإن كان في مقام رفيع من الأهمية إلا أنه مثل سائر الحقوق الشخصية، المالية، السياسية... يخضع لمبدأ المسؤولية والواجب. فليس حقا سابحا في المطلق، وإنما يخضع لضوابط المصلحة ومنع الإضرار بالغير وإلى احترام كرامة الإنسان. وبناء عليه فإنه من الضروري بيان تلك الضوابط التي تفرق بين حرية التعبير المطلوبة والتي تفيد الفرد والمجتمع من خلال بذل المعرفة، النصيحة، والأمر بالمعروف والنهي عن المنكر؛ وبين التعبير المنكر (حصائد الألسن) الذي يكب الناس في مهاوي العذاب الأخروي، والشقاء والفتنة في الدنيا. Abstract: The right to expression is an inherent right that Allaah has bestowed to his slaves. Despite the importance of this right, it is subject to the principle of responsibility and duty, like other personal, financial and political rights, where it is subject to interest controls, preventing harm to others and respect for human dignity. Accordingly, it is necessary to state those controls that differentiate between the required freedom of expression which benefit the individual and society on the one hand, and the wrongful expression on the other
