دور بيئة الاستثمار في نمو الشركات الناشئة - دراسة حالة بعض الدول العربية- The Role Of The Investment Environment In The Growth Of Start Up Companies. - A Case Study Of Some Arab Countries-

Résumé: نهدف من خلال هذه الدراسة الى تسليط الضوء على الإطار المفاهيمي لمناخ الاستثمار والمقومات الجاذبة له، الشركات الناشئة ومصادر رأس المال المستثمر في الشركات الناشئة. ومعرفة مقومات بيئة الاستثمار لبعض الدول العربية وفقا لمؤشر بيئة وجاذبية الاستثمار والذي يتكون من ثلاث مؤشرات فرعية تتمثل في الحرية الاقتصادية، المؤسسات والحوكمة الرشيدة، البنية التحتية بالاعتماد على بيانات تقرير تنافسية الاقتصادات العربية 2022 صادر عن صندوق النقد العربي. وتوصل البحث إلى أن الجزائر ومصر تتوفر على بيئة استثمارية لا تساعد الشركات الناشئة على النمو مقارنة بالإمارات، قطر والسعودية، ما يتطلب بذل المزيد من الإصلاحات. Through this study, we aim to shed light on the conceptual framework of the investment climate and its attractive elements, emerging companies and sources of capital invested in emerging companies. And to know the elements of the investment environment for some Arab countries according to the investment environment and attractiveness index, which consists of three sub-indices: economic freedom, institutions and good governance. Infrastructure, based on data from the Arab Economies Competitiveness Report 2022 issued by the Arab Monetary Fund. The research found that Algeria and Egypt have an investment environment that enables startups to grow compared to the UAE, Qatar and Saudi Arabia, which requires further reforms.
